And when the meadowlark returned to the forest by the hill, he was greeted by a wizard from the days of old. The meadowlark said to the wizard, Dear wizard, how have we come upon such troubled times? The wizard said to the meadowlark who by now was staving off infection from his broken leg, The times are the same as they are now But you are diligent and shall be rewarded. The times are changing, I said. He was greeted by a wizard from days of old But you are diligent and shall be rewarded. The forest by the hill, who by now was staving off infection from his broken wizard Dear wizard, how have we come upon such troubled times? The wizard said to the meadowlark the times are changing, I said admit that the waters around you have grown. The times are the same as they are now but you are diligent and shall By now staving off infection from the meadowlark The meadowlark The meadowlark shall be rewarded. He was greeted by a wizard who said to the meadowlark The times are changing, I said to the meadowlark By now staving off infection from the meadowlark said to the wizard Dear wizard, how have we come upon such waters around you? From his broken leg, the times are the same as the wizard. Dear wizard, how have we come upon the forest by the hill? He was greeted by a wizard around you, Staving off infection from his broken leg The times are the same as they are now. The meadowlark shall be rewarded. The times are the same as they are now. The times are the same as they are now. The times are the same as they are now. The times are the same as they are now. Day one: dim pilot lights drift across the swampy remains of the arbor. I watch it all from my bedroom window, safe for now, but marooned in my tower amongst the flotsam. Salmonellosis: we all knew the day would come. The scientists warned of it for years, but we could not resist its dairy-infused goodness. We ignored their cries of apocalypse and continued to purge that accursed crusty delirium from the very souls of the people who worshipped us, savoring their shrieks of anguish as the salmonellositic chambers filled to bursting. Then the dams broke. It has happened on a Sunday morning, one lock crack after another, and before the high council knew the enormity of our mistake, the city was plunged into a yellow crusty maelstrom. Screaming children carried off down back alleys by waves of crust. Senior citizens leaping to their calcium-enriched demise. I left you on the bed, your cheesy pink grip bursting into a cornucopia of sores, as I held your hand and watched it all go down. We saw it all as we were climbing up the mountain We saw it all as we were falling down the fountain We saw it all as we were climbing up the mountain But the sink answers to no one x2 We saw it all as we were climbing up the mountain We saw it all as we were falling down the fountain We saw it all as we were climbing up the mountain But the sink answers to no one The sink answers to no one The sink answers to no one The sink answers to no one We saw it all as we were climbing up the mountain We saw it all as we were falling down the fountain We saw it all as we were climbing up the mountain But the sink answers to no one x2 We saw it all as we were climbing up the mountain We saw it all as we were falling down the fountain We saw it all as we were climbing up the mountain But the sink answers to no one The sink answers to no one We saw it all as we were climbing up the mountain We saw it all as we were falling down the fountain We saw it all as we were climbing up the mountain But the sink answers to no one We saw it all as we were climbing up the mountain We saw it all as we were falling down the fountain We saw it all as we were climbing up the mountain But the sink answers to no one The sink answers to no one To no one, to no one Hello?
